Who We Are
Elevated Massage + Wellness came to life from the combination of our intrinsic call to healing, a passion for athletics, and the desire to provide and encourage wholistic wellness in our community.
Elevated Massage + Wellness aims to support our community here in Tampa Bay by helping align every client we have to the highest level of personal health they can achieve while delivering informed, personalized, and professional treatments that offer both immediate and lasting results.

Our Story
We are passionate wellness professionals helping redefine effective healthcare.
We first opened in Feb 2017 to the community of St. Pete, specializing in athletic performance and recovery. Since then, we have seen 1000's of local athletes of all ages in a variety of sports applications and have done 100’s of community events to support local causes, charities, small business, and athletic competitions in Tampa Bay. In time, we were able to expand our training and expertise to aid in injury, rehab, movement enhancement, as well as helped support soft tissue injury recovery for a number of other non sports related pain and injury patients by working closely with a trusted network of gyms, personal trainers, doctors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and other holistic health providers in the community.
All of our practitioners bring unique specialties while applying a core intake and record keeping processes so that the focus remains on your key goals and improvement, no matter who your therapist is. We pride ourselves in continued clinical education, growing and expanding our healing modalities, and we are honored to share with our community the 10+ years of combined healing work and education we embody.
We specialize in lifestyle treatments that are custom tailored to each individual.
The mission of Elevated Massage + Wellness is to bring gold star quality preventative and restorative healthcare services that are educational and aligned with a complete observation of lifelong health solutions that empower our clients beyond healing to optimize their total wellbeing.
